AATA – PAATA – MAATA

The Department of Philosophy hosted "Aata – Paata – Maata," an innovative program designed for student holistic development. Under the guidance of Sri Ravi (Psychology Guide) and Sri Nagendra (Physical Trainer), the session utilized a creative three-pillar approach:
* AATA (Games): Focused on physical agility, team coordination, and boosting reaction times through interactive group play.
* PAATA (Songs): Used rhythmic clapping and motivational singing to promote emotional balance and collective harmony.
* MAATA (Words): Facilitated guided discussions and value-based sharing to build confidence and mindfulness.
Key Highlights:
* Participants: Students from Philosophy, Social Work, and Political Science departments.
* Faculty Leads: Dr. K. Saitamahalakshmi, Muppidi Mahesh, Satyam Suryanarayana, and Dr. K. Rani.
* Outcomes: Students reported reduced stress, improved concentration, and enhanced communication skills.
The event successfully blended physical activity with philosophical reflection, proving that structured play is vital for mental and emotional growth. The session concluded with student gratitude for this transformative, joyful learning experience.
